1. Your Right to Delete

You can ask The Luxurious Gallery to delete your account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what happens next. See also our Privacy Policy.

2. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to 110amjadali786@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Information”, from the email address registered on your account. You may also call us on +91 90276 06598.
Include your full name, the registered email address and phone number, and, if possible, your latest order number.
We may ask for a simple verification (for example, a reply from your registered email) so that no one else can delete your data.

3. What We Delete

Within 30 days of verifying your request we will delete or anonymise your account, saved addresses, wishlist and communication preferences, and ask our service providers to do the same where applicable. We will confirm by email once it is done.

4. What We May Have to Keep

Some information must be kept for a legally required period, for example order, invoice and payment records needed for tax, accounting and audit purposes, and information needed to handle a dispute, prevent fraud or enforce our terms. This is kept securely and used only for those purposes, and is deleted when the retention period ends.

5. Effect of Deletion

After deletion you will no longer be able to log in or see your order history. Any open order must be completed or cancelled first. You are welcome to create a new account in future.

6. Marketing Messages

If you only want to stop promotional messages, write to us and we will unsubscribe you without deleting your account.
