1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://theluxuriousgallery.in (the “Website”), which is operated by The Luxurious Gallery, 6, Sir Syed Nagar, Karula Ki Puliya, Tubewell Wali Gali, Near Dulhan Banquet Hall, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh – 244001, India. By accessing the Website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate, current and complete information when you register or order.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours and finishes accurately. Because of screen settings and the handmade nature of some items, slight variations may occur.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example for suspected fraud, stock or pricing errors, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay and may be made by cards, UPI, net banking and wallets as available at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be offered for selected orders and PIN codes. We do not store your card or bank details.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the name and logo of The Luxurious Gallery, text, photographs, graphics and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and in line with our Fair Use Policy. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape the Website or interfere with its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
