Shipping Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver across India to all PIN codes serviced by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and dispatched from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (for Cash on Delivery orders, after confirmation). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Made-to-order items may take longer and the timeline will be shared with you.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas, extreme weather, strikes, festivals and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated on your delivery PIN code and the weight of the order, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer will be displayed on the Website along with its terms.

5. Courier Partners and Tracking

We ship through Shiprocket and its courier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page or from your account.

6. Delivery Attempts and Wrong Address

Please make sure the address and phone number you give are correct and complete. The courier will usually attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or refusal to accept the parcel, the order is returned to us. We will contact you to re-ship it, and additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. If it looks tampered with or damaged, tell the courier executive and contact us within 48 hours, with photos or an unboxing video, so we can help under our Refund Policy.
